Call for Papers: ECPR Joint Sessions of Workshops 2027, June 1–4, 2027, Trieste
On October 15, the European Consortium for Political Research (ECPR) opened the call for papers for the 2027 Joint Sessions of Workshops, to be held at the University of Trieste (Italy) from June 1–4, 2027.
The Joint Sessions are organised into workshops of 15 to 20 papers, in which each participant presents their work for group discussion. Participants may attend only one workshop and must attend all of its sessions. All workshops take place in person, with no hybrid participation.

Workshop Directors will notify authors of their decisions by February 2027. Only authors of accepted papers are invited to register, from March 2027. At least 90% of each workshop’s participants must work or study at an ECPR Member institution. PhD students and early career scholars at Full Member institutions can apply for funding between February 1 and 17, 2027.
