On Tuesday 5 December, at 3pm, the Laborat\u00f3rio de Inova\u00e7\u00e3o Metodol\u00f3gica (LIM) will hold the workshop “Computational Methods and Social Movements” with the participation of CIES-Iscte researchers Tiago Carvalho and Jo\u00e3o Santos.<\/p>\n

Based on the example of environmental and housing movements, the seminar will discuss the use of computational methods and their usefulness for collecting data to study social movements.<\/p>\n

LIM seeks to disseminate and develop methodological innovation practices among researchers and research areas at CIES-Iscte, as well as to promote closer interdisciplinary collaboration in this area with other research centres at Iscte-Instituto Universit\u00e1rio de Lisboa, in particular the SocioDigital Lab.<\/p>\n
