The current context involving the War in Ukraine and the role played by relevant players, such as China and Russia, bring up numerous challenges for understanding the current global geopolitics and presents the urgency of reviewing and updating concepts, in a world that is no longer limited to a bi- or unipolar world order. Therefore, the Doctorate in Political Science at Iscte \u2013 Instituto Universit\u00e1rio de Lisboa will hold on Monday (17\/4), at 6 pm, the conference \u00abThe War in Ukraine, Russia, China and the construction of a new world order\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>The conference will be attended by Professors Jorge Tavares da Silva, Assistant Professor at UBI and Associate Researcher at GOVCOPP at the University of Aveiro, and Raquel Vaz Pinto, Invited Assistant Professor and Researcher at IPRI-NOVA-FCSH, who are important references in the discussion about the external policy, and, respectively, authors of books such as \u201cBRICS and the New International Order (Kaleidoscope)\u201d and \u201cThe Great Wall and the Legacy of Tiananmen, China and Human Rights (Ink-of-China)\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><em>Conference \u201cThe Ukraine War, Russia, China and the Construction of a New World Order\u201d.
