The Making of the Central Mediterranean Route in EU Law and Policy
“The Making of the Central Mediterranean Route in EU Law and Policy” is the title of the debate organized by the PhD in Political Science, specializing in international relations, at Iscte – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, on Friday, May 3, 2023, at 6pm.
With the participation of Veronica Corcodel, Assistant Professor at NOVA School of Law, and moderation by Giulia Daniele, Assistant Professor at Iscte and Integrated Researcher at CEI-Iscte, the event is organized by CIES-Iscte in partnership with CEI-Iscte and the Observatory of Democracy and Political Representation.
Veronica Corcodel has focused her research on immigration detention and the Hotspot approach, seeking to explore, through a critical perspective, the implications of the construction of spaces for migrants in European Union law.
