Livino Neto is a PhD student in Communication Sciences (ISCTE-IUL – Lisbon University Institute) and a journalist, with a lato sensu postgraduate studies in Communication Consultant and a master’s degree in communication, Culture and Information Technology (ISCTE-IUL – Lisbon University Institute), specializing in Communication and Politics.

He has worked in Brazil, in the state of Ceará, as communication coordinator of electoral campaigns, parliamentary mandates and political parties. He is currently researching the discourse of leaders of the populist radical right on issues related to environmental and climate issues based on their publications on Twitter.
