SUMMARY:Annual CESOP-Local Seminar for Sustainable Development “Democracy as the Axis of a Sustainable Future”
DESCRIPTION:André Freire, professor and director of the Observatory of Democracy and Political Representation, will take part in the Round Table “Can Democracy Still Provide Answers for Sustainable Development?” on Wednesday (04/07), as part of the Annual CESOP-Local Seminar for Sustainable Development “Democracy as the Axis of a Sustainable Future”.\nThe Annual Meetings around the “Sustainable Territories Project” of the Portuguese Catholic University’s Municipal Observatory are a place for reflection and knowledge sharing on the aims of Sustainable Development, as well as an opportunity for meetings of excellence and understanding, and to celebrate the work carried out, in the area of instigation, with the Municipalities of the CESOP-Local Network.
