DESCRIPTION:On Tuesday 5 December, at 3pm, the Laboratório de Inovação Metodológica (LIM) will hold the workshop “Computational Methods and Social Movements” with the participation of CIES-Iscte researchers Tiago Carvalho and João Santos.\nBased on the example of environmental and housing movements, the seminar will discuss the use of computational methods and their usefulness for collecting data to study social movements.\nLIM seeks to disseminate and develop methodological innovation practices among researchers and research areas at CIES-Iscte, as well as to promote closer interdisciplinary collaboration in this area with other research centres at Iscte-Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, in particular the SocioDigital Lab.\nDate and time:\nTuesday 5 December 2023, at 3pm\nVenue:\nRoom AA2.25, Building 3 of Iscte – Instituto Universitário de Lisboa\n
